📄 Contract type: Permanent.
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
🏠 Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe.
💰 Salary: Starting from the 3rd level and above, from a salary range of 27K to 37K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Customer Success Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Onboard new corporate clients on our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running
- Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc.
- Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
- Conduct deep business reviews with corporate accounts to drive mutual success plans
- Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us maintain our 0 churn rate
- Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
Your basic qualifications
- Native level of Italian and fluent English
- 2+ year experience working in a key account management role dealing with large accounts
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
