We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Intern (m/w/d) aimed at potential employment within the company, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Accounting and Administration Team.
 

Your role in BizAway
 

  • Raising and sending invoices to customers; processing credit memos and refunds;
  • Handling customers’ inquiries regarding billing issues;
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of daily cash receipts to customer accounts;
  • Assist with the analysis of past due accounts and collection efforts;
  • Contact customers regarding past due balances;
  • Performing accounts receivable duties.

Your basic qualifications

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and current financial legislation;
  • Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting;
  • Very good knowledge of spreadsheet programmes (Excel);
  • High level of English and Italian.
