We are looking for:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team, delivering effective demand by driving awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversion.


Your role in BizAway:

  • Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of marketing professionals, while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Develop Lead Generation Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy focused on acquiring, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality, develop nurturing strategies, and provide necessary sales enablement tools and resources to optimise conversion rates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
    (email, website, social media, PPC, webinars, offline assets, events, etc.) to drive inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
  • SEO/SEM Optimisation: Work with our SEO and SEM team / providers to run initiatives to enhance online visibility through organic and paid search strategies.
  • Content Development: Help to produce engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and email sequences that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms. Regularly report on key metrics, ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your basic qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • A passion for travel and marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends. A creative and strategic mindset.

We are also interested in:

  • Italian and/or Spanish language proficiency is a big plus.
  • Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Scale-up
