We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway
 

  • Be a key support figure to the whole Sales team, with the main goal of making our Sales Machine more efficient and effective
  • Create and keep updated a wide range of content (Confluence guides, Google Docs, Canva Presentations, and much more) to train our internal team
  • Closely collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers of all our teams (SDRs, Sales Executives, Customer Success) to make sure every team member has the necessary weapons to smash our targets
  • Work on Quarterly OKRs and initiatives, reporting to the Sales Enablement Lead
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth
 

Your basic qualifications

  • High level of English, both written and spoken
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a Team Leader / Top-performer Sales Executive / Top-performer CSM
  • Experience with Salesforce, Confluence and Canva is a plus
  • Organization: you have a project manager mindset and are comfortable working under
    pressure
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
