We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic  Accounting Specialist - Categorie Protette l.68/99 (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Accounting and Administration Team.

Your role in BizAway

  • Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts;
  • Assuring daily booking of bank, cash and credit card transactions;
  • Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance;
  • Assisting the Accounting department in preparing the annual financial statement.
  • Managing payments and credit collection;
  • Interfacing with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly;
  • Supporting fiscal advisor with the preparation of tax forms and all the fiscal tasks;
  • Supporting auditors during the whole audit process of the financial statement.

Your basic qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role;
  • Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation;
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet programs, such as Excel;
  • High level of English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
