We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Team Leader Travel - Spanish and Italian Speaking (m/w/d), with experience in Travel industry and customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who have the ability to coordinating a group of travel agents by supporting them in day-to-day operations.
 

 Your role in BizAway

  • Supervising and managing the Vigo Travel Agent Team
  • Oversee training for all Travel Agent in our Vigo Office
  • Handle customer complaints, support critical incident pathways and improve workflows for efficiency
  • Mantain confidentiality and data protection compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards
  • Support the Agent to respond to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail and travel request by our platform, Managing escalations
  • Entering customer information in our system to issue reservation or update the booking
  • Made a reservation for our Client thought the Platform
  • Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in Platform
  • Explaining rules of service (hotel, car,train, etc.)

Your basic qualifications

  • Excellent Knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)
  • Exellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up)
  • Aviability to work in shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in role of Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to analyse and present data
  • Highly organised and excellent time management
  • Solution focused
  • Strong undestanding of workforce planning
