- Build and maintain job-leveling frameworks and salary benchmarks; manage Phantom Shares, sales/performance bonus evaluations, and local benefits programs.
- Own Headcount (HC) and Cost of Employment (CoE) reporting; build and maintain dashboards to support data driven decisions.
- Own multi-country labor disputes, disciplinary processes, and settlements alongside external counsel. Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, conducts impartial internal investigations, and ensures fair conflict resolution.
- Review employment contracts, implement new hiring models, and ensure statutory workplace certifications across all hubs.
- Spearhead HRIS migrations, workflow automations, and People Ops integration tracks for M&A activities.
- Sustainability & ESG Certifications: Lead People Ops compliance and audit processes to achieve and maintain our B Corp status and related sustainability certifications.

- Total Rewards & Workforce Analytics: Hands-on experience building job-leveling frameworks and salary benchmarking, alongside managing equity/phantom share programs, variable bonuses, and Headcount / Cost of Employment (CoE) reporting.
- Demonstrated success managing employee service delivery (via Jira or similar ticketing tools), end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, and multi-country payroll workflows.
- Prior involvement leading or contributing to HRIS implementations/migrations, workflow automations, and operational due diligence or integration for M&A.
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a track record of designing, structuring, and elevating People Ops processes from the ground up.
