We are looking for a curious, motivated, and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our ITC Team.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their IT career who wants to grow professionally in a modern, cloud-first environment. You will work closely with experienced team members, contributing to daily IT operations while continuously developing your technical and professional skills. In this role, you will support colleagues with their technical needs and help ensure that our teams remain productive, secure, and well-connected across the company.

Your role in BizAway

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage and support user account lifecycle activities (onboarding, access changes, offboarding) following internal procedures
  • Support commonly used SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365. ZenDesk and Atlassian
  • Handle the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, workstations, and peripheral devices
  • Perform basic network and connectivity issues troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to IT documentation and user-friendly guides.
  • Support the maintenance of an accurate IT asset inventory.
  • Escalate more complex issues and collaborate with senior team members.
     

Your basic qualifications
 

  • A genuine interest in technology and IT, with curiosity about how systems, devices and tools work.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Basic awareness of networking concepts (e.g. internet connectivity, IP addresses, DNS).
  • Comfortable using common digital and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365).
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve your technical skills.
  • Clear and respectful communication skills, with a user-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work well within a team, follow processes, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Motivation to grow professionally within BizAway.

We are also interested in
  • Experience or interest in identity, access, or device management tools (e.g. JumpCloud – a plus, not mandatory)
  • Exposure to basic hardware setup or troubleshooting
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and an organized and reliable approach to work



Our offer

📄Contract type: Permanent
🕓 Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
🏠 Hybrid work: Smart Working Policy and great offices in Europe. The role requires working on-site 5 days/week for the first 2–3 months to onboard and ramp up effectively.
