We are looking for
 

We are looking for a curious, motivated, and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist – Intern (m/w/d) who is eager to learn and contribute to the daily activities of our ITC Team.

This 6-month internship is designed for someone with a strong passion for technology and a desire to build practical IT skills in a modern, cloud-first environment. You will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced team members, receiving guidance and continuous learning opportunities.

During the internship, you will support day-to-day IT operations and assist colleagues with their technical needs, helping ensure our teams remain productive and well-connected. Based on performance and business needs, the internship may lead to a full-time contract after the first 6 months, or be extended for an additional 6 months, with no guarantee of permanent employment.



Your role in BizAway
 

  • Provide first-level IT support for basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with user account management (onboarding, access changes, offboarding) following internal procedures Support commonly used SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Office 365.
  • Help with the setup and configuration of laptops, workstations, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues.
  • Contribute to IT documentation and user-friendly guides.
  • Support the maintenance of an accurate IT asset inventory.
  • Escalate more complex issues and learn from their resolution.
     

Your basic qualifications
 

  • A genuine interest in technology and IT, with curiosity about how systems, devices, and tools work.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS, even as an everyday user.
  • Basic awareness of networking concepts (such as internet connectivity, IP addresses, or DNS), gained through studies, curiosity, or self-learning.
  • Comfortable using common digital and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365)
  • A strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve your skills.
  • Clear and respectful communication skills, with a helpful and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work well with others, follow guidance, and learn from feedback.
  • Motivation to grow within BizAway, with the understanding that this internship is considered a potential pathway to a full-time role for interns who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and alignment with our values.

We are also interested in
 
  • Interest in identity, access, or device management tools (e.g. JumpCloud – experience is a plus, not a requirement).
  • Exposure to basic hardware setup or troubleshooting, even at a personal or academic level.
  • A proactive attitude, with the habit of asking questions and seeking to understand how things work.
  • Attention to detail and an organized approach to tasks.
  • Willingness to grow in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.

📄Contract type: 6 Months Intern, with the possibility of renewal and/or subsequent employment within the company.
